We are thrilled to announce a significant development in the journey of C2 Labs. Effective January 1, 2024, Mr. Sean P. Williams, an esteemed member of our Board, has taken full ownership of the company.
As the new CEO, Mr. Williams brings a wealth of experience and expertise to C2 Labs, having served as a dedicated board member for the last two years. He has been deeply involved in the business and the mentorship of the leadership team. He brings with him over 30 years of experience as an owner-operator and leader of services companies, primarily in the federal space. He has a demonstrated history of building trusted partnerships with customers to solve their most wicked problems.
As Mr. Sean P. Williams steps into the CEO role, Mr. Craig Thomas will remain with C2 Labs as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and will continue to provide high quality services for all of our customers.
This is an exciting time for us, and we hope for our customers. C2 Labs is positioned for strategic growth through investments in expanded human capital, new tools, R&D, new service offerings, and new strategic partners. Additionally, under the ownership of a disabled veteran, we become a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Many of our customers can receive credit through the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) small business program.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Anil Karmel and Mr. Travis Howerton for their invaluable contributions and leadership during their tenure. The vision and dedication they brought to C2 Labs have laid a strong foundation that the C2 Labs team is excited to capitalize on.
