Mr. Williams has 30 years of diverse business an executive leadership experience successfully leading small, medium and large U.S. based companies. He has demonstrated a successful career, building trusted partnerships with government and private entities to solve complex security challenges and ensure the protection of critical infrastructure and assets at home, as wells as abroad.  After serving as a United States Air Force Pararescueman (PJ), he began working with one of the nation’s largest security contractors supporting the Department of Energy’s (DOE) Safeguards and Security mission and played a key role in leading contract operations for the Department of States Antiterrorism Assistance Program (DOS/ATAP), to fight terrorism abroad in the days following 9/11.  Mr. Williams is best known for building innovative, highly effective service companies that drive innovative solutions to his customers toughest challenges.

Mr. Volpe is a seasoned Executive, Project Manager, and Information Security Manager with over twenty (20) years of experience and a B.S. in Information Systems from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. He is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), and a Project Management Professional (PMP) with an extensive background in the management and execution of government contracts. Has developed comprehensive information security programs from the ground up utilizing innovative methods and techniques. He has extensive experience managing Federal Information Security Modernization Act (FISMA) Security Assessment and Authorization (SA&A) initiatives. Mr. Volpe possesses a comprehensive knowledge of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and has developed and delivered RMF training to commercial and government customers. He provides support to Chief Information Security Officers to assist with the development and integration of information security initiatives into organizational strategic plans. Most recently, Mr. Volpe served as a subject matter expert on the General Services Administration (GSA) Federal Risk Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) where he executed a pilot program for the automation of the continuous monitoring process leveraging the Open Security Controls Assessment Language (OSCAL).
